What did I think?
I love this book! Like I said above, cooking has always been a love and I learned quite a few things about cooking from this book. For example, did you know that spices were once used as currency? Or that goats discovered coffee? This book is full of little tidbits of information like this. If you are at all interested in food or know someone who would like to go to culinary school, this is a perfect book!
